PRIVACY STATEMENT

ARTICLE 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you make a purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and any information required to process your order.
When you browse our store, we may also automatically receive certain technical information, including your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser and device type, operating system, as well as certain information regarding your browsing activity and interactions with our website.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails regarding our store, products, services, promotions, and other updates.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and other similar technologies to ensure its proper operation, remember certain preferences, analyze its use and, where your consent is required, measure the effectiveness of our advertising activities.
Some cookies are necessary for the operation of the website and our online store. Other cookies, particularly those used for preferences, personalization, analytics, or marketing purposes, are used according to the consent choices you make.
HN Analytics — Personalization and Profiling
We use HN Analytics, an internally developed personalization system, to adapt certain parts of our website and organize our product catalogue according to the apparent interests of each visitor. HN Analytics constitutes a profiling technology because it uses browsing activity to evaluate apparent preferences, interests, and behaviours. It is disabled by default and is activated only when the visitor consents to the preferences and personalization category through our consent management tool.
When activated, HN Analytics may process a randomly generated pseudonymous visitor identifier, the product pages and categories viewed, interactions with personalized sections, the page URL, the date and time of each interaction, and interest scores inferred from browsing activity. These interests may relate to gaming, professional equipment, computer components, Apple products, printing products, accessories, or other product categories available in our store. This information is used to adapt certain headings, descriptions, and visual content, prioritize products that appear more relevant, provide recommendations, measure the effectiveness of personalized experiences, and improve the organization and usability of our online store.
HN Analytics does not store the complete behavioural profile in a browser cookie. The browser stores only the hn_consent_personalization cookie, which records whether personalization was accepted or refused, and the hn_visitor_id cookie, which contains a randomly generated pseudonymous identifier and is created only after consent is provided. These cookies may remain on the device for up to 365 days unless they are deleted earlier or consent is withdrawn. The behavioural profile and associated events remain stored on our server and are linked to the pseudonymous identifier. HN Analytics is designed not to use a visitor’s name, email address, telephone number, payment information, or order details to create this browsing profile.
Personalization does not change product prices, availability, contractual conditions, or access to our services, and it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Visitors who refuse personalization may continue browsing the website, viewing the complete catalogue, and making purchases normally; the website will simply remain in its standard Shopify configuration.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time through our consent management tool. When personalization is refused or withdrawn, HN Analytics is immediately deactivated, the pseudonymous visitor cookie is deleted, the consent cookie records the refusal, and a deletion request is sent to our backend to remove the behavioural profile and events associated with that identifier. Certain information may nevertheless be retained where required by law, for security purposes, or in temporary backups until their regular deletion cycle is completed. HN Analytics operates through our technical infrastructure and the providers necessary to host, secure, or transmit the information, which is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity allows us, among other things, to analyze certain interactions with our website pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation, as well as to generate heatmaps and session recordings.

ARTICLE 2 - CONSENT
How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for delivery, or return a purchase, we use this information for the purposes necessary to complete the transaction or provide the requested service.
Where your consent is required for another use of your personal information, including for marketing purposes or the use of certain non-essential cookies and technologies, we will ask for your consent or provide you with the opportunity to refuse.
When visiting our website, you may accept or refuse the categories of non-essential cookies presented through our consent management tool.
The HN Analytics personalization and profiling functions remain inactive unless you consent to the preferences and personalization category. Refusing this category does not prevent you from accessing the website, viewing the complete catalogue, or making a purchase.
How can I withdraw my consent?
After providing your consent, you may change your mind and withdraw it where permitted by law.
You may change your preferences regarding non-essential cookies using the preference management tool available on our website.
