This Shipping Policy only applies to products or services that are listed on the microtecinformatique.com website as “Sold and Shipped by Microtec” that will be shipped within Canada.
General Shipping Terms
These are Microtec's General Shipping Terms that apply to all shipping options.
- Delivery times are measured in business days.
- All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping.
- The estimated arrival time is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
- We do not process orders on weekends or Canadian holidays.
- While we will make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time, international customs processing may occasionally delay shipments.
Signature Requirement
Signature requirements are based on the shipping method. We cannot add or remove the requirement for any order. We require a signature upon delivery for the following order types:
- Large Item Delivery
- Pickup orders
- Products with prices above 100$
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Delivery within 2-5 business days.
Express Shipping
- Delivery within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
If a shipping method is labeled “International” in your shopping cart, it means your item will ship from our CAN warehouse; custom fees are not included at check-out. We are not responsible for any duty fees that may be added upon delivery.
